Interim HR Consultant (Call Centre) 3-6 month contract

The Remit

•    This client requires an experienced HR Consultant to work with them on improving the end to end employee experience in a fast moving, high volume, call centre environment.  
•    This hands-on remit is focused on delivering improvements.  To reach this point, robust analysis must be achieved including consideration of the external environment which is highly competitive.
•    As well as influencing and changing the ways of working, this person will work closely with the on-site HR team and colleagues at the Group centre. The aim will be to develop and implement interventions that will have an immediate and lasting impact on engagement across all employee dimensions, including recruitment / leadership / reward and other areas of HR.  

Candidate Profile

•    Experience of the full employee lifecycle of activity and leading measurable HR interventions that deliver improvements in a high volume, call centre environment.
•    A proven HR Consultant who can hit the ground running and add immediate value in a fast paced, customer centric environment.
•    Highly developed project management skills with sound technical understanding.
•    A full understanding of HR tools and strategies that can be used to address a variety of people issues and able to work effectively with Group HR colleagues and specialists to deliver the right people interventions and improvements.
•    This is an urgent requirement and the client is seeking candidates who are able to start immediately or with little notice.
