HR Business Partner

A HRBP is required to cover a period of maternity leave in the EMEA HR team of a leading global investment bank. The HRBP will partner with business heads for a number of lines of business and cover all aspects of full service delivery.

You will be a relationship builder, able to co-ordinate across HR Specialist teams as well as building strong partnerships with the business in order to influence, guide and advise.

Responsibilities:

  • Focus on improving performance and employee engagement through a period of considerable change
  • Build strong partnerships with business leaders in order to influence, advise and coach as needed
  • Partner with the recruitment and graduate teams to deliver the divisional hiring plan
  • Support the delivery of the divisional people plan including focus on diversity, talent management, junior talent and learning
  • Support with complex ER

Requirements:

  • Extensive HRBP or Graduate Programme Management experience gained in a global matrix organisation, ideally banking
  • Excellent project management skills- Brexit would be ideal
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of multiple teams, both across the region and globally
  • Ability to assimilate quickly and be effective immediately
