Your new role
The Learning & Talent Coordinator will support the Talent & Development Manager in the coordination and organising of talent programmes across the organisation. Key responsibilities will include managing training requests, organising training events, monitoring training budgets, maintaining the LMS system and ensuring the completion of training plans. The post holder will also support the administration and management of apprenticeship and graduate programmes. The Learning & Talent Coordinator will also support training projects and in sourcing potential external training providers.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be an experienced Training/Learning/Talent Coordinator who ideally holds a CIPD or relevant training qualification. Previous experience of the logistics/transport/supply chain/manufacturing sectors would be an advantage. Candidates must be professional, well organised and have a can do attitude.
What you'll get in return
