A global Management Consultancy are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join their team. Based in Central London, as the Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for:

  • Building a candidate database and keeping it up to date and accurate

  • Managing the APS and candidate pipelines and keeping these up to date

  • Liaising with candidates, agencies and interviewers to schedule in interviews

  • Welcoming candidates on interview

  • Collecting feedback from candidates and interviewers

  • Processing candidate expenses

  • Supporting on ad hoc projects

As the Recruitment Coordinator, you will possess:

  • Strong education, ideally to degree level

  • Previous experience as a recruitment coordinator or strong coordination and admin skills

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Strong attention to detail
