Senior Reward Analyst

Oakleaf are recruiting for a Senior Reward Analyst for a global financial services organisation. This role will partner very closely with HR colleagues across the organisation to deliver a high quality reward offering.

The main responsibilities of this role will be to:

  • Lead the global annual salary and bonus review

  • Lead the biannual launch and maturity of the UK and international share save schemes

  • Maintain the global grading structure and manage the integration to the HR system (Workday)

  • Complete benchmark surveys

  • Handling and resolving of employee reward queries

The personal qualities and experience necessary for this role include (but are not limited to):

  • Proven technical and analytical experience within a Reward or HR Operations environment

  • Demonstrated experience with Employee Share Save Schemes

  • Very good team player who has demonstrated the ability to work with multiple teams

  • Ability to prioritise, manage own time and adapt to a fast-changing environment

  • Good numerical and analytical skills

  • Excellent MS Excel skills essential

  • Effective oral and written communication to deliver complex information
