A successful and leading schools/education based organisation with schools based across the country. The HR Advisor will be responsible for four schools across the Midlands.
Your new role
The Regional HR Advisor will deliver a comprehensive advice service to four schools in the Midlands region. A key responsibility will include supporting leadership teams with HR casework including disciplinary, grievance, performance and absence management. Additionally the post holder will provide support with recruitment, pay & reward, and safeguarding. The role will provide HR management information reports to monitor performance and aid decision making.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be a CIPD qualified HR Advisor with strong employee relations experience and excellent employment law knowledge. Its is vital that candidates are professional, can work independently and able to build relationships with senior stakeholders. A full driving licence and access to a car is essential.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of £30,000 to £35,000 plus benefits
