Learning and Development Business Partner

I am working with a great charity who are looking for a permanent Learning and Development Business Partner.

They need someone who can build and embed a culture of learning across all levels of the organisation. They need someone who can:

  • Lead the development and delivery of the organisational Learning and Development strategy to meet the organisational needs

  • You need to be able to work closely with Directors and Senior Managers to identify priority development areas and develop appropriate plans

  • Lead on the development, delivery and embedding of the e-learning platform for the organisation

  • Lead and manage the Learning and Development Advisors and supporting and motivating the wider Learning and Development team to their full potential

In order to be considered for this role you need to have strong experience in developing and implementing an organisational learning and development strategy as well as solid experience coaching managers. You need to have good experience in developing, commissioning and managing the delivery of leadership and management development skills. You should have experience developing Learning and Development policies, processes and systems and be at least Level 5 ILM qualified. This role does involve some travel.
