Oakleaf have an exciting opportunity for an HR Administrator looking to develop into an HR generalist position to join a forward-thinking Technology company in West London. This position is initially on a Contract basis with the possibility to go permanent.
HR Admin Job: The role:
They are looking for you to experienced and driven HR Administrator who has a strong desire to take the next step in their HR career. The successful candidate will join a fantastic team where they will be providing an efficient administrative service to the business as well as being involved in generalist HR duties.
HR Admin Job: What's on offer?
An opportunity to develop within a true generalist HR position, gaining valuable insight into many aspects of HR with a focus on building strong employee relation skills.
Administration of all starters/leaver's documentation.
Preparation and issuing of employment contracts and freelance agreements.
Administration of background checks and responding to reference queries.
Support and administration the probationary review process.
Pension and benefits administration.
Responding to various queries by Managers and staff.
Inputting and updating and inputting details on the HR System (PeopleHR), responsible for updating records of all employees, ensuring the information held is accurate and up to date.
Delivery of ad hoc and planned projects in line with the business priorities.
Operate in line with the Company's policies and procedures, best practice and current legislation at all times.
Coordinate interviews and run assessment days
Coordinate onboarding and induction
Manage the Human Resources Email Inbox, responding to queries where possible or forwarding to the relevant member of team.
Experience and skills required:
Previous HR administration experience is essential, you need to have at least 1 years' experience.
Demonstrate impeccable organizational skills
Attention to detail
Previous experience in dealing with various stakeholders, both internal and external
Good written and numerical skills
Demonstrate ability to prioritize workload
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Basic knowledge of employment law and HR policies and procedures
