We're working with a truly exciting financial services business who require an interim HR Associate on a rolling temp basis. You'd report to the HR Manager (and have a reporting line to the Global Head of HR based overseas) and work as a team of 2 supporting EMEA.

Responsibilities would include:

  • Supporting on-boarding from management of personal data
  • Manage all joiner and leaver documentation, and ensure compliance is appropriate for employees with visa applications etc.
  • Handle HR matters as appropriate (ER issues ad-hoc, general queries etc.)
  • Support recruitment including interview scheduling and feedback

Candidates suitable for this opportunity will:

  • Have had experience in managing HR processes
  • Be highly motivated and driven, but flexible and willing to reprioritise at any moment
  • Outgoing with a natural ability to build relationships
