Salary: £80,000 + £100,000 bonus + benefits
My client are a leading global business in the telecommunications space and are looking for a Senior HR Manager with the desire to step up into a HR Director role. Joining their Technology division, you will manage a small team of HR Managers area of the group and support 6 clients groups including their Directors. You will work with the wider HR leadership team to design and develop a solution-focussed and successful People plan that coincides with the Technology business plan.
You will have experience working in a large matrix organisations and looking after a technology client group. Proven ability of building credible with technology Directors and individuals is key, as well as understanding "technology language". You will also have worked closely with senior leadership and have the confidence in doing so.
Strong commercial awareness is key for this role and business, so liking and understanding how to think commercially is key. You must be able to show how you have identified an issue and have designed and implemented something creative.
You will focus on:
Diversity - work closely with the senior leadership of the division to offer a diverse and unified organisation encompassing all types of cultural differences
Policies and Processes - drive improvement in the HR strategy, services, policies and processes
People Strategy - provide strategic HR direction to the MD of the area and the relevant teams
The HR team work to high standards but offer a supportive and collaborative culture. Previous experience in a technology function is highly advantageous. You will be part of their journey, supporting the delivery of the people plan and HR activities within the division.
