Regional Head of HR, APAC (based in Singapore or Hong Kong)

An exclusive arrangement that Frazer Jones are managing across Singapore and Hong Kong for a new Head of HR (APAC) for a prestigious international law firm operating at Board level. This person will manage a regional team who you will nurture and develop and be accountable for a progressive HR agenda and stakeholder relations across senior and global leadership teams and sit as a Board member.

Projects include; talent frameworks, diversity and inclusion, health and wellbeing, employee value proposition, talent attraction and engagement. An exciting opportunity to join an international and successful firm going through some exciting change. You will own operations through to strategy for APAC and liaise with your global counterparts. You will coach and mentor your teams to deliver operational excellence, stepping in where escalations occur.

Strategic Oversight; You will play a lead role in the development and implementation of commercial HR solutions (in line with the firm's parameters and local market) to support the firm's strategy for APAC. This will include establishing strong operational excellence, being a change leader, supporting talent management processes, operational efficiency and HR expertise. You will consult with your stakeholders to innovate new ideas and ways of working across the region.

Essential: To be considered for this role you will ideally have had legal or professional services experience within a partnership model. Must have experience of the APAC market.
