This newly created role will assist the Head of Reward in formulating and developing the reward strategy for this organisation. It is an excellent permanent opportunity, paying up to £45k, to work alongside the senior management team to bring new ideas to the table.
The client is an FMCG manufacturing business based in Sheffield however due to organic growth and acquisition, it has a number of sites across the UK.
As the Reward Specialist you will assist in the creation of a reward strategy for the group and will initially need to perform the job evaluations, bench-marking, standardisation and framework creation for mulitiple sites across the UK.
The successful Reward Specialist will have:
- worked in a similar reward position previously - ESSENTIAL
- strong written and verbal communication skills - ESSENTIAL
- trained in an evaluation tool such as Hay - DESIRABLE
