Benefits Adviser - 12 month FTC

I am working with an exciting and well known brand in recruiting for a Benefits Adviser role. They are looking for a passionate and engaging benefits or HR professional to manage their benefits offering for their UK an Ireland populations. This Benefits role is a new position in the team and will initially be a 12 month FTC working alongside the Reward Adviser and Reward Manager.

The roles focus will be maintaining the existing benefits and annual renewals whilst also leading projects for the introduction of new and exciting benefits for the business. You will lead the ongoing communications of existing benefits via their various internal channels such as their App and email, and will run engagement days and conferences to promote the various benefits across the business. This means that the successful candidate will have a real passion for people and creative approach to problem solving when it comes to rewarding and incentivising people.

An understanding of running benefits and managing broker relationships would be beneficial, though a broader HR background and a keenness to learn and move into this world would also work.
