The company you are joining are a well-established organisation with a staff base of over 3000 heads with plans to grow.
Your new role
The business has recently made an investment to implement a new HR System and they are looking for an experienced senior level HR Systems Manager to help drive through the new system within their organisation and support the HR function with this. The role will involve a mix of strategic level work as well as more operational hands-on work and ensuring that the changes are implemented effectively. Your role will be to work closely with the HR team and the managers to understand their people challenges and make the system fit for purpose and user-friendly in order for the management & HR to make the most of the systems
What you'll need to succeed
You will be required to have excellent knowledge and experience using and maintaining a HR Systems previously
Previous knowledge of working in an HR department will be useful so you can understand the bigger picture.
Strong analytical skills and using this
Strong stakeholder management experience
