Benefits Manager

I am working with a well known media brand in recruiting for a Benefits Manager, initially for a 6-8 month contract, though there is longer term and potential for this to be a more permanent opportunity.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Benefits Manager to join the business and manage the UK Benefits. Your role will be pivotal in managing annual enrolment implementation for April 2019, whilst also leading projects around new system implementation. You will oversee the team of Advisors to ensure the team meets its objectives, plan resource needs and manage workload distribution and supervise the delivery of end to end cyclical and ad-hoc administration activities whilst managing the day to day UK vendor relationships.
