UK HR Manager

The UK HR Manager will work alongside the Operations Director to manage the delivery of a proactive HR service between the organisation and the end user clients.

Working for a Global logistics company within Leicestershire.


The key responsibilities will include developing and executing the labour strategies whilst supporting the development in providing a world class distribution service across the UK to internal and external customer base. With specific emphasis on Supply Chain working effectively with all the internal customers. Build and manage effective relations with various stakeholders including Directors and senior management and the regional teams.

You will manage a small team of HR professionals (HR Assistants, HR Generalists and/or HR Supervisors), reviews and assesses performance so as to help his/her team reach their highest priorities.


The ideal candidate will have previous working at a senior level preferably within a logistics/ 3PL or consulting background. You will have excellent communications and presentation skills with strong a good understanding of commercial acumen, trade union and have a good understanding of HR KPIs and strategy. Managing and leading large TUPE in and out is required for this role.

Job Offer

The UK HR Manager will receive between £60'000 - £65'0000 plus car allowance and benefits.
