Oakleaf Partnership are working with a Global Fintech organisation which is based in Canary Wharf. They are looking for an HRIS Analyst to join the team on a permanent basis.
Reporting to the Head of Reward, your responsibilities will include:
Ensuring the system is continuously updated and running efficiently
Producing regular MI reports
Analysing data as required by the business
General running and maintenance of the system
The ideal candidate will have experience with HR Systems, strong Excel skills and will ideally be familiar with Success Factors although this is not essential.
