Your new role
The Resourcing Manager will join the Resourcing team in Uxbridge on a 12 month fixed term contract to cover a period of maternity leave. Reporting in to the Head of Resourcing you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment of mid-to-senior level roles in the hospitality and leisure industry.
Partnering with senior stakeholders across HR and Operations you'll adhere to SLA's to deliver an effective and efficient recruitment process for management level roles across the business.
You will be creative with your direct sourcing and deliver proactive candidate attraction strategies, building strong relationships with your hiring managers and stakeholders .
You will also be responsible for leading and motivating a Recruitment Partner supporting them with their development.
You will support the Head of Resourcing with weekly and monthly reporting cycles and support with projects as requested.
Whilst this role is predominantly based in Uxbridge, you will be required to attend site visits and work from the London office 1 or 2 days per week.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll have previous experience as a Resourcing Manager, ideally within the hospitality and catering industry.
In addition, demonstrable experience of successfully managing volume recruitment campaigns and experience of sourcing directly via LinkedIn, CV databases and internal media
A Strong communicator, you'll have the ability to quickly build effective relationships and previous experience of leading and motivating a team
