Oakleaf Partnership are working with high end global sales organisation in the arts and entertainment industry. They are looking for a Compensation Analyst to support during the year end process.
This role will provide additional support to the compensation team by delivering strong analytical support within the Reward team across the global annual compensation review, ensuring strong data integrity and robust processes.
As well as supporting the annual compensation review process, the role will be involved in gender pay reporting, and the submission and analysis of market data globally.
Strong stakeholder management is a prequisite for this role, it will support the wider HR and work closely with the HRIS team to test the automated process and extract reports to support comp review analytics.
