Recruitment Manager

A leading health charity based in East London is looking for a Recruitment Manager to join them on an fixed term contract arrangement for 10 months.

The Recruitment Manager will be part of the HR Operations team and will oversee the recruitment process, creating, developing and implementing a framework to enable managers to recruit effectively while providing specialist knowledge and expertise. The Recruitment Manager will manage a team of recruitment assistants, identify and respond to development needs and manage relationships with a preferred list of suppliers.

The Recruitment Manager will have substantial experience of advising managers on recruitment and selection matters, have the ability to develop and implement changes, experience of leading a team and able to analyse data and apply to decision making.

The organisation campaigns to keep dementia a leading topic on the political agenda while it also offers information, advice and emotional support to individuals affected by dementia.
