Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Design and delivery of people agenda
  • Delivery of values and culture into the organisation
  • Maximising staff productivity by creating/enhancing/delivering commercial people interventions
  • Leadership of the HR team
  • Works as a business leader to deliver business growth and profitability
  • Acts as a business partner and trusted advisor to the CEO and board on all matters people related
  • Builds credible commercial relationships at all levels, and across, the business
  • Responsible for helping align the people processes and policies to enable commercial growth
  • Development and administration of HR BAU activities and administration
  • Responsible for talent agenda for the organisation: the attraction, development, engagement and retention of World class staff
  • Works with investment business to deliver reward and centre of excellence expertise to the organisation
