Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design and delivery of people agenda
- Delivery of values and culture into the organisation
- Maximising staff productivity by creating/enhancing/delivering commercial people interventions
- Leadership of the HR team
- Works as a business leader to deliver business growth and profitability
- Acts as a business partner and trusted advisor to the CEO and board on all matters people related
- Builds credible commercial relationships at all levels, and across, the business
- Responsible for helping align the people processes and policies to enable commercial growth
- Development and administration of HR BAU activities and administration
- Responsible for talent agenda for the organisation: the attraction, development, engagement and retention of World class staff
- Works with investment business to deliver reward and centre of excellence expertise to the organisation
