Head of HR

Annapurna have partnered with an international technology business to find a Head of HR to join the team.

The Head of HR will be responsible for developing and executing the people plan to support the UK operations of the business and will report to the EMEA HR Director.

The role will manage a team of HR generalists and recruiters and Business Partner with the UK leadership team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Business Partner the Senior Leadership team
  • Lead the People strategy
  • Recruitment and retention
  • Compensation and benefits
  • Performance improvement
  • Learning and development
  • Employee relations
  • Succession planning

The successful candidate must have previous experience of working with a technology client group, ideally in a Matrixed Technology business and have extensive experience of working with a UK based client group.
