Regional Talent Acquisition Manager

Fragomen is seeking a Regional Manager of Talent Acquisition to be located in our London office, overseeing recruitment for the EMEA region.


  • Oversees Recruitment functions for the EMEA region
  • Responsible for all recruitment for the London office. Acts as main point of contact for London office for all day to day recruitment activities
  • Acts as key liaison point for local HR  and business leadership in other EMEA region offices, providing recruitment support where necessary
  • Directly responsible for all Corporate positions, and for all non entry-level legal hiring for EMEA region offices. This includes experienced Consultants, Associates, Contract Attorneys, etc
  • Conducts proactive recruitment searches to fill these positions (sourcing, screening, presenting).
  • Engages the assistance of specialist recruitment firms when necessary, and negotiates search firm contracts/maintain relationships
  • Directs the activity of the EMEA Recruitment team, ensuring a constant flow of qualified candidates for all Consultant and entry level Legal positions for the EMEA regional offices. Holds the Recruiters accountable to a consistent level of weekly activity
  • Lead point of contact on all client-facing activities for all hiring for London office (intake meetings, submission of candidates, interview feedback, assisting teams with hiring decisions, extending and negotiating offers)
  • Assist local HR with strategic planning for recruitment, ensuring recruitment support is available when local HR requires
  • Work with Director of Talent Acquisition,  other Regional Recruitment Managers, and local HR leadership to standardize recruitment processes and procedures across the firm wherever possible
  • Working with HR and Talent Management colleagues to strive for best in class strategies around recruitment process, talent engagement, development and retention.
  • Responsible for working with the Director of Talent Acquisition and local marketing teams to continually improve Fragomen’s  employer branding for the EMEA region
  • Attending Partner meetings for all offices in region either in person, or remotely
  • Additional ad hoc projects and responsibilities as required
  • Coordinates internal transfers
  • Create job descriptions


  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • A minimum of five years Recruiting experience, in either a law firm/professional services firm, or recruitment agency setting preferred. A mix of agency and “in-house” corporate recruiting would be ideal
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, analytical, written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a matrixed environment, partnering with local HR and Leadership as well as overseas Corporate functions
  • Strong track record of proactive searching techniques, including headhunting and use of systems such as Linkedin Recruiter, preferred
  • Track record of managing and developing a high performing recruitment team

  • Excellent working knowledge of MS office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Workday or other application tracking system knowledge a plus
