Interim Employee Relations Specialist - £350 - £400 p/day

My client, based in London, are looking for a commercially focussed, interim ER/Change Management specialist who has significant experience of managing large-scale redundancy programmes and restructures. Working closely with Senior Stakeholders across the business your role will drive Business change programmes from a Project Management & Communications perspective, also drafting the content of reports, business cases, presentation materials, projects and comms plans.


  • Proven expertise in change management programmes

  • HR generalist experience

  • An excellent understanding and application of UK employment law and compliance

  • The ability to assess consequences and risk, making well balanced decisions

  • Able to be flexible in approach and style, resilient under pressure or uncertainty

  • Excellent listening, coaching skills with empathetic style

  • First-class project management and stakeholder management skills

  • Abe to influence and coach a variety of stakeholders

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to organise and analyse data
