Your new role
This is an employee relations specialist role joining an existing HR team of seven delivering support to the organisation of circa 700 employees across the full HR and Recruitment remit. You will also have supervisory responsibility for the HR Administrator that supports the same employee group . You will provide first class Employee Relations (ER) advisory support, providing advice both face to face, via email and telephone to employees across the organisation
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally CIPD qualified or equivalent experience with In depth current employment law knowledge with evidence of continued professional development. In addition a good understanding of common HR policies and practices; and Ideally an understanding of the NHS
