Learning and Development Advisor

Our client is an international Professional Services firm who are looking for a Learning and Development Advisor to join their UK HR team.

The Learning and Development Advisor will work closely with the Head of L&D and the executive team to design, deliver and evaluate learning solutions. This will cover a range of areas including senior management and leadership.

The ideal candidate will have a collaborative approach to learning and exceptional stakeholder relationships.

Requirements:

  • Experienced in various learning and development tools including e-learning tools.
  • Ability to provide learning solutions tailored to stakeholders learning requirements and business objectives then implementing training and OD projects to support this.
  • Attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively.
  • A degree in HR or relevant business disciplines
