Tech Recruiter - 12 month FTC

Our client, a Technology company are looking for a Tech Recruiter on a 12 month FTC.

This role will partner with hiring managers to understand and consult on requirements.

You will utilise different avenues in sourcing roles and work creatively to promote their brand.

Requirements:

  • Experience as an in house tech or RPO recruiter focussing on C++, hardware design, engineering, Project Managers and Change Management.
  • Strong problem solving and influencing skills.
  • Ability to understand and consult on stakeholder needs.
  • Excellent networking skills and ability to develop long term relationships.
