An ambitious and entrepreneurial commercial SME organisation based in North Birmingham. Due to continuous growth a Group HR Manager is now required on a full time basis.
Your new role
The Group HR Manager will be responsible for the developing, implementing and driving the HR agenda across the organisation. Acting as a business partner to the CEO and Director team, the Group HR Manager will develop HR strategies and initiatives to support business objectives and lead change management programmes. Supported by a HR Advisor, the post holder will deliver a comprehensive HR operational service to the business including managing complex ER issues, talent management and employee engagement. The Group HR Manager will also lead HR projects and develop a culture of learning aimed at maximising performance and team working.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be a CIPD qualified HR Manager with strong all round strategic and operational experience. The ability to build relationships at all levels, excellent organisational skills and a solutions focused approach is essential. A full driving licence is also vital as some occasional travel will be required.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of £45,000 to £50,000 plus 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), life assurance, and PMI (after a qualifying period).
