HR Generalist, Investment firm, London

My client, an investment firm who focus on emerging markets, is looking for an HR Generalist to join their team due to recent growth. Working closely with the rest of the HR function, you will focus on Payroll and Benefits, as well as some Global Mobility and as such, they desire someone who has managed this before.

The firm is a market leader in their space and they make a real difference in the countries they invest in. Due to this, they desire someone who is strongly motivated by their mission.

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparation of monthly payroll
  • Manage administration such as starters, leavers or changes
  • Salary benchmarking and year-end reviews
  • Assist with Global Mobility projects
  • Data submission
  • New starters induction
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies
  • Cover for wider HR team as required

Requirements include:

  • Strong HR Generalist experience
  • Experience in a professional and fast-paced work environment
  • Experience using HR and Payroll systems
  • Experience working in a regulated environment desirable
