Your new role
As a Reward Manager (9 Month FTC) you will be part of a Reward team, and will be responsible for managing the end-end annual pay and bonus review, including user acceptance testing for the pay review system and assisting with bench marking pay practices.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience as a Reward Manager within a large, multi-site organisation. You must have experience managing the end-end pay and bonus review process. Experience using Willis Towers Watson, Hewitt or Mclagan for salary bench marking would be advantageous. Experience using SAP HR would also be advantageous.
