Graduate Recruitment Coordinator

A global Financial Services organisation with Head Quarters in New York are looking to hire an Early Careers Recruitment Coordinator on a temporary basis.

Reporting into the Early Careers Recruitment Team Lead, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the smooth running of in-house recruitment events
  • Management of candidate progression throughout the recruitment process via the applicant tracking system and other methods
  • Support in the assessment and selection processes including assessing hirevue video interviews and dealing with large numbers of applications at a time

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • A passion for Graduate resourcing
  • Previous knowledge of using Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Experience of the management of end to end recruitment processes, including the delivery of Assessment and Selection tools
  • Experience of managing Graduates and delivering feedback
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
