You will be joining a growing property management firm at their offices based in central London.
Your new role
You will join a small HR team in a generalist capacity, supporting and advising senior stakeholders on HR policies and procedures as well as ER casework. You will manage the end to end recruitment process, and full employee life cycle - including onboarding, general HR administration, inductions. You will also focus on analysing employee data to identify trends and effect change. You will also have the opportunity to undertake project and policy development work.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a solid HR Generalist and possess strong analytical and communicative skills. You should be well versed in managing a HR database and have a good working knowledge of UK employment law. A proactive and "can do" attitude is a must. Flexibility to travel within the UK will be required.
