HR Officer

Ashley Kate HR are currently working in partnership with a well-established organisation in the public sector, on their search for a HR Officer on a 3 - 4 month basis.

This role covers the full remit of HR, including; general administration duties, ensuring all employee records are up to date, leading on employee relations issues, such as: disciplinary, grievances, attendance management, organisational change and supporting employees and managers through HR processes

Our client is looking for someone who is immediately available and can hit the ground running.

Role & Responsibilities
·Handling general HR queries
·Collating management information and making recommendations for improvements to service delivery
·Supporting the continued development of well-being initiatives
·Have a flexible outlook to changing tasks and priorities

This is the perfect role for someone who is looking for a new opportunity in a community focused sector and thrives in high volumes of work.

You will have experience in a HR Generalist position and a good practical knowledge of UK employment law.
