Learning & Development Coordinator

A top global law firm is looking for a Learning & Developing Coordinator to join their team. This person will sit closely with colleagues across the business globally.

As a Learning & Development Coordinator, responsibilities will include:

  • Reporting into L&D Coordination Team Leader
  • Arranging internal and external speakers for Academics, Masterclasses and other courses
  • Prepare course evaluation for completion by delegates, review completed forms, produce and discuss reports and implications for course quality with the L&D manager concerned
  • Organising and leading post-course review meetings to discuss feedback with the relevant L&D manager
  • Manage the Leaning Management System process for L&D training programmes assigned
  • Alongside the diversity and inclusion team, manage the parent's transition coaching programme
  • Researching and running team building activities during phase one of the Professional Skills Course

This person will:

  • Have 1+ years experience within an L&D team in a professional service environmenT
  • Have the ability to operate in a friendly, professional and discrete manner at all times
  • Strong team player
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • 'Can do' attitude
  • Be degree educated (2:1+) or equivalent
