Recruitment Assistant

An international law firm is looking for a Recruitment Assistant to join their team.

As a Recruitment Assistant, key responsibilities will include:

  • Building relationships with agencies and attending interviews with hiring managers
  • Producing detailed job specifications and working with hiring managers to structure appropriate screening practices
  • Conducting both technical and competency based interviews with hiring managers
  • Managing the full recruitment process through to offer stage, acceptance and on boarding
  • Acting as a key point of contact for queries coming in to the HR helpdesk

This person will:

  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Have experience of conducting competency based interviews
  • Have exceptional attention to detail and a sense of urgency
  • Use initiative in day to day tasks to ensure efficient ways of working
  • Be proactive in the management of your own workload
  • Have a methodical and flexible approach
  • Be degree educated (2:1+) or equivalent
