The role holder will be responsible for end to end delivery of executive hires aligned to various business lines through a variety of means, including directly and through selected partners.
Responsibilities will include:
Partnering directly to the Functional Heads in providing them and their ExCos with visibility of senior hiring globally.
Responsible for the delivery, governance and the ownership of the end-to-end hiring process driving and owning a world class high touch candidate (internal and external), hiring manager and HR experience.
Externally sourcing candidates directly through a number of different channels, including referrals, market mapping and insight led work
Providing advice and insight into candidates, and their experience, background and compensation expectation and able to broker complex negotiations
Own the day to day hiring metrics and numbers to ensure there is a global joined up approach at all levels.
The successful candidate will have had a successful career in search and will now be looking to move inhouse. The ability to work with multiple stakeholders and follow a rigourous process is essential. Experience working within banking / asset management search is also essential.
