Payroll Administrator - £28K - 3-4 months - Monument

When it comes to financial services, my client really is at the head of the game.

Currently they are recruiting for a Payroll Assistant to join their team on an interim basis for 3 - 4 months, whilst they recruit for a permanent Payroll Supervisor.

To be considered successful the ideal candidate must -

  • have end to end payroll experience within the UK

  • ideally have worked on an in-house UK payroll

  • be proficient in relation to v look ups and pivot tables in excel

  • enjoy working in a small team

  • want to be the right hand to the Payroll Manager who will be involved in a payroll project

  • add value to the BAU team

This role will include:

  • Assisting of inputting and checking of monthly payroll from start to finish

  • Preparing manual calculations, SMP,SSP, SPP, gross to net and net to gross

  • Performing validation checks on monthly payroll

  • Payroll point of contact for employee and manager questions in relation to payroll and pension employee benefit related queries

  • To prepare month reconciliations of season ticket loans, private medical deductions
