Expenses Administrator - Temp until Jan 2019 - £12.47 per hour - Herfordshire
My client is a true market leader in its field.
Currently, they are in pursuit of an Expenses Administrator to join their business on a temp assignment until January 2019.
To be considered successful, the ideal candidate must -
have a working knowledge of tax and VAT
high level of accuracy and attention to detail
high level of initiative and ability to work well under pressure
exposure to I-Trent will be highly desirable - but not essential
This role will involve such duties as -
Checking that expense claims submitted adhere to company expenses policy
Ensuring expense claims adhere to HMRC guidelines and supporting VAT documentation and receipts are also submitted
Dealing with employee queries
Providing analysis of expenses claims made
Preparing costing reports and other ad hoc reports for all operating units within the company
Providing ad hoc support where required to other areas within the Payroll Department
