Expenses Administrator - Temp until Jan 2019 - £12.47 per hour - Herfordshire

My client is a true market leader in its field.

Currently, they are in pursuit of an Expenses Administrator to join their business on a temp assignment until January 2019.

To be considered successful, the ideal candidate must -

  • have a working knowledge of tax and VAT

  • high level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • high level of initiative and ability to work well under pressure

  • exposure to I-Trent will be highly desirable - but not essential

This role will involve such duties as -

  • Checking that expense claims submitted adhere to company expenses policy

  • Ensuring expense claims adhere to HMRC guidelines and supporting VAT documentation and receipts are also submitted

  • Dealing with employee queries

  • Providing analysis of expenses claims made

  • Preparing costing reports and other ad hoc reports for all operating units within the company

  • Providing ad hoc support where required to other areas within the Payroll Department
