Working for large financial services organisation in Birmingham city centre, this role sits in a specialist team within the wider HR function. As HR Performance and Engagement Specialist you will support on end to end processes and projects which focus on performance management, staff engagement and business culture.
This is an ideal opportunity for a HR Generalist who would like to focus your skills having worked as a HR Advisor (or similar) in a corporate matrix environment. There isn't a 'business as usual' element to this role as such. Rather, you will contribute to projects which enable the business to engage with it's workforce and ensure that performance levels are as high as possible; examples of such projects could be staff surveys through to updating online staff portals or changes of policy to support the roll out of a new product.
We are looking for:
Experience of managing Performance and Engagement processes in a HR role.
Experience in large multisite/global organisations with the ability to deal with ambiguity, complexity and ability to work within a fast paced environment
Ideally, project management experience or experience supporting significant organisational development projects as part of a team
Strong analytical skills
