You will be joining a leading property management and development company at their offices based in central London.
Your new role
You will report into the Talent Development Consultant to support the people development initiatives across the business. You will be responsible for managing the LMS, loading updated e-learning modules and ensuring mandatory training courses are completed. You will also act as the main point for all L&D queries for stakeholders at all levels.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience within an L&D function. A proven track record in coordinating, planning and managing training compliance. This role requires exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills. Experience managing LMS (Success Factors) is highly desirable.
