I am working exclusively with a fantastic research organisation based in Central London who are looking for an experienced HR and Recruitment Administrator to join them on a permanent basis.
They are looking for someone who will:
Maintain and update the HR system (Cezanne) & personal files for all employees, ensuring they are up to date and accurate
Ensure all pre-employment, reference & background checks are completed
Create contracts and offer packs for employment of successful candidates and to ensure that general enquiries and correspondence are dealt with promptly
Organise interview schedules, booking meeting rooms, confirm panel availability and meet and greets
Ad hoc support across the HR & Operations teams
You need to have:
Experience in a HR/Recruitment Administration role or similar
Basic knowledge of employment law legislation and best practice.
Proactive and engaging approach to building stakeholder relationships at all levels.
Strong attention to detail.
The ability to multitask and prioritise a large workload.
