Your new role
Heading up a small HR team, the Head of HR role will be responsible for the developing and implementing the people plan across the organisation. Working directly with the executive team, the Head of HR will create HR strategies aligned to the business objectives and designed to maximise performance and the employee experience. The Head of HR will drive HR initiatives to include talent management, succession planning, leadership, organisational development and employee engagement.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be a CIPD qualified Head of HR with proven experience within a commercial and ambitious organisation. The ability to engage with the business and influence senior stakeholders will be vital.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of £55,000 to £65,000 plus excellent benefits
