HR/ER Advisor - Based Slough - Salary £30,000 to £33,000

This is a newly created role working for a leading outsourcing partner who have long-term partnerships with established and strong brands in the UK
As an HR Advisor concentrating on ER issues within the team you will need to drive a consistent and efficient Employee Relations case management service and be confident at giving advice to both managers and employees even where situations are challenging. You will coach and empower managers to drive high performance to ensure consistent solutions are provided.
You will develop partnerships with the business and your HR Business Partners to take ownership providing HR Advice to deliver commercial outcomes and minimise risk. You will need to effectively interpret and communicate relevant HR policies and processes and have the ability to prioritise and resolve high volume caseload. You will be the point of contact for employee relations so working with your colleagues while demonstrating a real passion for the business will be key.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be CIPD qualified or working towards the qualification and be used to working in a fast paced commercial environment with proven experience of prioritising and managing high volume ER cases along with detailed knowledge of employment law
