9 month HR Manager role for the NHS in North London. ASAP start paying £40,000-£45,000 per annum.
Your new company
This role is for a commercially focused NHS organisation in North London, covering a secondment. The role is being recruited on a 9 month Fixed Term Contract basis, meaning you will be paid a monthly salary and will be employed by the NHS. The role is full time, 37 hours per week across Monday - Friday.
Your new role
Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will provide hands on support to Managers and stakeholders on all employee relations such as, capability, sickness management and absence management. Candidates are required to be experienced in ER case management and be able to influence senior stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
Candidates must be available on 1-2 weeks notice and should be HR Generalists with extensive ER experience.
