HR Advisor - Asset Management - £45,000-£50,000 - Central London
Your new company
An exciting opportunity has arisen working as an HR Advisor for a global Asset Management firm based in Central London. In this role, you'll be reporting to the HR Manager.
Your new role
A large part of your new HR Advisor role will be managing the end-to-end recruitment function, handling c.10 roles of varying seniority, across different business areas. This will involve initial consultations with hiring managers, liaising with agencies/direct sourcing, conducting face-to-face interviews, and coordinating the offer and on-boarding process. Furthermore, you'll be providing consultative and comprehensive advice to senior stakeholders around ER issues, and covering HR-related process administration. You'll be involved in the L&D function, conducting Training Needs Analysis, and coaching managers around HR policy and legislation. Your HR Advisor role will also require you to oversee maternity/paternity cases, act as the first point of call for all HR-related queries, and be involved in ad-hoc HR project work.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in your new HR Advisor position, you will have experience working in a generalist HR role within the Financial Services sector, preferably for an Asset Management firm. Experience managing the end-to-end recruitment function is crucial, as is experience advising on ER issues. Strong employment law knowledge is required, as is CIPD 5 accreditation. A full generalist HR skill set is of importance, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll get in return
In return, you'll receive a competitive £45,000-£50,000 salary, and be given the opportunity to develop and utilise your generalist skill set working for this ambitious, and forward-thinking organisation.
