HR Generalist - Performance Management
Leading B2B organisation are seeking a HR Generalist with an in-depth understanding/ experience of developing performance management and appraisal processes and procedures.
This is a contract role which will run for 12 months. They are seeking someone who can:
- Design and roll out a coaching system for senior leadership
- Implement performance management system
- Senior stakeholder engagement
- Develop HR policies and procedures
- Manage HR projects
Ideally you will have a strong generalist experience with an in-depth understanding/ experience of delivering performance management projects. This is an urgent position thus the client is seeking candidates who are immediately available with little/ no notice.
