Oakleaf are looking for a proactive Recruitment specialist looking for progression in to a manager role. The organisation will provide you with all the training required to help achieve this. You will be responsible for 6 recruitment officers in due course. You will report directly in to the Head of Recruitment who will teach you everything you need to know. Fantastic opportunity for an agency recruiter looking for that progression internally. This is a full-time permanent position based in Watford north of London. The role will entail managing a team of 6 recruitment officers whilst covering a small executive search region at the same time. You will report in to the head of Recruitment where you will discuss any support and training required for your team in further developing them.
Key responsibilities for the role involve ensuring weekly team meetings are taking place, leave absence cover, advert discussions, any other queries etc.) You will be responsible for ensuring the team are responding to all queries in the recruitment inboxes, manage annual leave requests, support and training required for team. You will also be confident delivering training where applicable and book team training with the Training Team.
Ensure teams meet and deliver KPI's on time (for team and individual), hold fortnightly 1-2-1's with team and bi-annual PDR's with the team (liaise with Head of Recruitment to prepare and organise)
Support Recruitment Officers with recruitment and help to cover their work in their absence (sickness/holiday) * Support SC Recruitment Officer Meet with hiring managers (Support Centre) to take detailed information of their vacancy and collate this onto a Recruitment Form. Liaise with Area managers and branch partners for branch recruitment needs. * Ensure every candidate has been responded to (within max 48 hours) * Key-holder for recruitment cupboards (ensure we comply with GDPR) * Ensure all CV's have been uploaded onto the ATS * Manage the PSL * Review agency performance, relationships and negotiate rates * Manage the ATS system (day-to-day) and deal with any technical issues with the ATS supplier * Spot-check RTW documents on offers * Support the Support Centre Recruitment Coordinator with assessments and competency-based interview questions * Manage relationship with Vet Record on weekly basis (send adverts, agree publication costs, artwork etc.) * Work closely with Marketing to ensure copy and artwork for adverts are created for publication deadlines * Review all recruitment invoices (check costings are correct, and tracking is done on spreadsheet) * Monitor, maintain and update recruitment (careers) page on the website.
