A national financial and professional services firm who are based in Bank, are looking for an L&D Manager to join on an initial 4 month FTC to design a strategy for a number of important projects across the business. Projects such as: creating a suite of training interventions, delivering on a balance score card implementation, assessing new talent programmes and a project around their current Elearning system.
Salary is £55-70K and the role is to start as soon as possible.
4 months FTC/temp
Core development programme - create suite of training interventions that people can select from L&D hub. Will cover both soft skills and practical skills e.g. persuading and influencing or delivering presentations and pitches etc…
Ad hoc - can take a brief, run with, can deliver or find right external solution. Can take a learning intervention (aka training workshop) from cradle to grave.
Existing programmes coordinated by admin team but may need some help or oversight where necessary
Might get involved with head of L&D on new talent programme, depending on timing and workload
Ideally from FS background as should be able to adapt skills to prof services
eLearning experience useful
Ideally the successfully person will come from a financial services background, specifically within investment management.
