My client are a multinational media and digital marketing business based in Central London. Due to some movement within the team, they are looking for an experienced interim HR BP to join the organisation to support their corporate functions.
This role is expected to influence, challenge and commercially drive HR initiatives throughout the function and the wider business. The organisation have ambitious growth plans for the next two years and therefore they need someone who can help create a culture where their people are engaged and inspired by the growth.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
Working closely with management and leadership teams to engage with commercial/strategic discussions and planning
Supporting with upcoming transformation/change management activities
Supporting the business with engagement and action plans
Perform of end of year reviews and goal setting
Managing employee relations case work at all levels
Involvement in projects such as OD, TUPE, redundancy etc.
Helping to identify the best talent for internal talent programme
Lead the function through organisational change initiative
Previous Business Partnering experience is necessary
Ideally experience within the creative/media industry
Having previously supported corporate/central functions is ideal
Ability to engage with key stakeholders and leadership teams confidently
Ability to work in an environment where every day is different
You will ideally have your own LTD company
As this is an interim role, you must be available immediately or on short notice.
