Your new company is a well-known organisation, with over 7000 employees based in the UK across 780 sites. This company has been established for over 70 years. They are now seeking a permanent Reward & Organisation Design Manager to join their team.

Your new role
You will be providing expert advice to stakeholders within the business, relating to reward and benefits including pensions. As well as this, you will be responsible for driving the development of the Reward and Benefits packages inline with the total reward strategy, sourcing and using relevant market data, to further provide research, analytical and data to support the implementation of the above throughout the business. You will be developing the reward strategy and linking this to strategic workforce plan, analysing external trends and market activity. Analysis of internal and external data, including market benchmarking to ensure packages remain competitive inline with the Reward strategy, making recommendations for revisions and collaborating with finance accordingly. Lead on specific projects on the people plan for reward, benefits and OD, delivering projects on time and within the allocated budget. This list is not extensive and other duties will be required.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed, you will need to have significant experience working within a reward analyst role in a multifunctional organisation. You must have experience developing new reward and benefit initiatives, and excellent analytic, data manipulation and evaluation skills. You must also have a graduate level HR qualification, but a CIPD L7 is desirable. You must be passionate about delivery and be creative with your solutions, and must be able to manage a number of projects simultaneously. You must be able to manage numerous stakeholders and be dedicated to developing your industry knowledge.

What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a salary of up to £45,000pa plus other benefits.
